Payments and Refunds

1.1 The Service may be provided for a fee or free of charge (e.g., free trial for a limited time). The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the cost of the Services, the validity period of the prices, applicable promotions and discounts, and other rules related to payment for the Services.


1.2 The latest applicable price list for each type of service is available on this system at: https://ipweb.cc/.


1.3 The Company may change the price and scope of any service without prior notice. Customers should always check the applicable prices and features of each service in the System before placing an order.


1.4 If you use this service on a free trial basis, after the trial period expires, your right to use this service will be suspended until you pay for further Fees required for this service.


1.5 Customers can use the "User Balance" function on this system to pay for this service. The Company has been working hard to provide the most convenient payment solutions, including adding ways to deposit funds into "User Balance". A list of currently available options for depositing funds into the User Balance can be found on the Recharge page of the System.


1.6 Customers can choose to pay according to a set schedule (automatic payment based on time period) or pay based on the number of agents used/GB (based on the number of agents used/ GB automatic payment). The actual applicable principles will be determined by the Company and noted in the description of the Services ordered by you with the subscription payment option. In any case, the Customer must express its intention to order the Service by subscription payment and has the right to revoke this choice in accordance with the rules applicable to the corresponding order. The Customer must ensure that the payment details provided to the Company are valid and that sufficient funds are available for the entire period of the Subscription Payment Option ordered.


1.7 Most of the services provided by the Company are calculated based on:


1.7.1 Number of agents used/GB (charges are calculated based on the number of agents ordered by the customer or the GB of agents used).


1.7.2 One-time subscription provides the right to use a certain service for a one-time payment within a certain period.


1.7.3 Monthly payment means that the customer is obliged to pay a certain amount of fees regularly within the agreed (ordered) time to obtain this service.


1.8 The actual applicable fee calculation and payment methods, the period for providing this service, and the charging frequency will be indicated in this system and will be confirmed by the customer when confirming the order. .


1.9 Subscription fees and payments for ongoing services are non-cancellable and non-refundable.


1.9.1 Exception to clause 1.9: If within 24 hours of purchase, due to reasons not dependent on your conduct (for example, if this Technical failure of the system), the Service is inactive or works with a defect and the Company is unable to solve the problem promptly (within this 24 hours), you are entitled to receive the full amount of the defective Service purchased Refund. In any case, you should contact the Company as soon as possible after discovering the fault. If you contact the Company after the initial 24-hour period, it is presumed that the service you purchased is not defective and that you have received service of a quality satisfactory to you.


1.10 The service fee is the fee after deducting any taxes. As a customer, you are responsible for payment of any applicable taxes, levies or any other charges (if applicable).


1.11 The Client undertakes to use and provide payment information that is owned by the Client or that the Client has the right to use for the purposes stated in this Agreement. Customers should update their payment information so that it is always current.


1.12 Any claim regarding service fees applied for or amounts charged must be submitted in writing within 3 months from the date the fees were applied for or fees were charged.


1.13 Transactions may be processed through various payment providers and/or managed by various service providers. The company uses services provided by the following providers: Bitlocus (provided by Bitlocus LT, UAB), Simoresta (provided by Simoresta, UAB), CoinGate (provided by Decentralized, UAB), Paddle (provided by Paddle.com Market Ltd.), Stripe (provided by Stripe, Inc.).
